We constructed an ADU/Casita (326 sq. ft.) to an existing second floor above a detached garage and remodeled the existing kitchen. Great for extended family and a new place to call home! We also constructed a new carport (252 sq. ft.) to the existing detached garage. The entire project consisted of a large family room, kitchen, a master bedroom suite with a master bathroom and an extra bedroom for the kids and their very own bathroom.
