Completed over a 1,000 Sq. Foot Room Addition in January, 2015 for a homeowner in the Berkeley Area. We added 1 master bedroom, 1 master bathroom, and an entire apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and loft area that the homeowner now uses as additional income. Also, added a batu railing system and deck area.
